Ground Rise Build flips that. We're a project management company. You hire us to plan your project, competitively bid the work, and run the entire build on your behalf — with the budget, schedule, and quality visible to you in real time. Our incentive is your delivered cost, which is why we can usually beat the best bid you've already received by up to 10%.

We focus on the Bay Area, and we focus on two things: ADUs and new homes. That focus is exactly what lets us manage them so well.
